●	Key broke off in lock - we ordered a replacement and installed new lock/key - no charge to client.
●	Chair didn’t go low enough (user stopped wearing high heels). We ordered a replacement cylinder that enabled the chair seat to get closer to the floor (and replaced it at the client’s site). Charged for cylinder but not installation.
●	Factory shipped wrong sized work surface. Caught problem early in the install process, ordered replacement, and had it on site & installed promptly.
●	Client ran out of labels in the middle of a project. We pulled label stock from local warehouse and hand delivered the same day.
●	Client changed their mind regarding a label design in the middle of a conversion project. We revised the label in one day and printed 1,100 labels in 24 hours enabling project to stay on schedule. (no charge)
●	Construction workers built a wall 12” off resulting in a reduction in the open space work area planned for panel furniture. Our on-site “as built” check found the problem. We quickly revised plans and although system furniture was staged in the local warehouse for installation, we were able to build stage one as planned, leaving some sections to be revised due to space changes.
●	Client needed 2 offices outfitted within 2 weeks. Got design done planning around quick ship product. Project completed on time for new employees start dates.
